Digital downloads
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final. If a file won’t open, is missing from your order or arrives damaged, email info@thekubedhub.com with your order number. We’ll send a working file right away, and if we can’t fix the problem, we’ll refund you in full.

Bought the wrong license? If you purchased a Personal License and need the Team License (or a Team License and need the Club License), contact us within 30 days and we’ll help you switch.

Printed products
Because each printed item is made on demand, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email info@thekubedhub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll make it right.
